To respond to inquiries, deliver workshops and advisory engagements, send the newsletter you opted into, improve our learning content, and operate the ROUX IQ app.
We only email you when you opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Questions submitted to Ask ROUX are processed by our AI provider to generate a response. Do not submit confidential financial data, employee records, or guest personal information.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business — email, analytics, payment, and AI infrastructure vendors — and only as needed to deliver our services.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us.
